Fishing With Eels

Steve McKenna is well known as one of the top shore anglers in Rhode Island. When spoken of in various publications, he is affectionately called "Stevie Van Stall" because of his use of those reels. ![]() He has 34 years of surf fishing experience and his log book shows he has landed over 50 forty-pound bass from the surf and he's a member of the 50 Pound Club. His fishing territory includes Cape Cod, Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island's South Shore and Block Island. His informative fishing articles have appeared in On The Water magazine and other publications. While best known recently for the Slug-go, Steve has an incredible number of hours on the water and extensive experience fishing for stripers with eels, and this is what he will talk about in this seminar. Steve is well-respected for his teaching abilities and willingness to share his knowledge, so everyone who attends this seminar can expect to learn all of Steve's tips and techniques |

Fishing In Bolivia

| The landlocked country of Bolivia has some of the best fresh water fishing in the world. Don has traveled extensively in this country and with many beautiful photos will show members how they can get to this area for a unique fishing experience. ![]() He'll take us to the Santa Cruz area where fishing on the Abapo River produces large Dorado, Pacu and Amarello. He'll talk about the techniques and equipment used by area fishermen to catch these species. For those interested, he'll give information on how to get there, where to stay and where to find local guides to fo fishing. |
