This months boat ramp review is:
INDEPENDENCE PARK
Bristol, RI
(from July, 2003 newsletter)

This double wide, serrated concrete launch is in good shape.  There is plenty of parking  for approximately 20 vehicles with trailer.   The ramp is in a good location at the mouth of Bristol harbor.

There is only a small dock on the side of the ramp that isn't very useful since the water around the dock is very shallow.  Any  size boat could be launched at this site, however without any real dock, launching larger boats over 18 feet could be difficult.

There appears to be trash pickup and there is a gas station across the street.
