Tag and release. That's his passion. Meet up and talk with Bill and eventually the conversation
will turn to tagging kits, tagging fish, and how many fish RISAA
members have tagged this year. The people at the American
Littoral Society (where fish tagging records are kept), know Bill well
since he's always calling asking for "more kits."
Bill was one of the first anglers to join RISAA back in January of 1998
when the first meeting was held. He became an active member
almost immediately, taking part in that first Take-A-City-Kid Fishing
Day and other events. It was only a matter of time before he
would become a member of the RISAA Board of Directors, and is now
serving in his 5th year. He was the first chairman of the Tag
& Release Committee, and is easily the best person we could have in
that position.
We're PROUD to have Bill as a RISAA member!
