Anyone who has attended the
RISAA monthly seminars has probably bought a ticket for the
night's fishing tackle raffle from the Fund-Raising Committee.
When you approach that table, you're usually greeting by several smiling faces: Bud Wilder, Don Smith and Tom Smotherman.Tom joined RISAA in April of 2000, and almost immediately got involved with the Fund-Raising Committee, and can be counted on nearly every month to help with the raffles. Also, Tom always takes part in the Annual Take-A-Kid-Fishing Days, usually teaming up with Bruce Bruni. It seems that every year the kids who get to fish on their boat end the day by bragging about the striper or squeteague they caught. It's because of guys like Tom Smotherman that RISAA is so sucessful. We're PROUD to have Tom as a RISAA member!
