It says a lot about a person's values and dedication, when he joins
an organization in 2000, and within two years becomes one of its most
active members. Bob Moeller's devotion to RISAA was recognized by the membership when he was elected to the Board of Directors in 2003.An avid shore angler, Bob has become one of the state's leading advocates for public access and the angler's right of way to the shoreline. When the RISAA decided that public access issues needed more attention, it was removed from existing as a subcommittee of RISAA's large Legislative Committee and a new Public Access Committee was formed. Bob Moeller was the natural choice to become its first chairman. These days you might find him attending town council meetings in Jamestown or Middletown, or trekking along a beaten path in Portsmouth - all while executing his Public Access duties. Bob is also the chairman of the RISAA MS/MDA Tournaments Committee, vice chair of the Tournaments Committee, and serves on the Legislative, Newsletter, Tackle Show, and Tag & Release Committees. We're PROUD to have Bob as RISAA members!
