| Mister Tournaments. That's how Paul Karcz is usually known. His name appears in this newseltter every month atop the Tournaments Committee Report. Anyone who has attended the annual Awards Banquet  has seen him shaking hands with each winner as their award is presented.If you want to see Paul in person, just attend one of the RISAA monthly meetings and you'll find him sitting at the Tournaments Committee table answering questions and distributing tournament weigh-in slips. Paul has been a RISAA member since just after the Association started in 1998. He immediately become involved in the tournaments aspect and has served as chairman for the past few years. His duties including managing and tracking the hundreds of weigh-in slips that are received during each tournament season. He is also a member of the MS/MDA Tournaments Committee and the Public Access Committee. An avid angler, Paul serves on the R.I. Marine Fisheries Council's Tautog and Winter Flounder Advisory Panels, and is an alternate on the Menhaden panel.. We're PROUD to have Paul as a RISAA member! |
