Webster's Dictionary had an entry for "ideal member" you would
find Dick's picture there. The description would read, "A member of an
organization who continually gives of himself, always volunteers when
help is needed, never lets the group down, yet never seeks credit for
his accomplishments."• When the call went out for volunteers this past summer so RISAA could participate in the Governor's Bay Day celebration, Brady's hand went up. • Every time RISAA has appeared to testify at public hearings for Brayton Point Power Plant, the Jamestown Bridge demolition project, public access issues - Dick Brady is there. • When calls went out for members to show up at state house hearings on the Freedom To Fish Act - Dick Brady was there. • He's a member of RISAA's Education, Legislative, Newsletter and Public Access committees. • He received RISAA's 2002 Legislative Award. • He has served for many years on the RIMFC Striped Bass Advisory Panel We're PROUD to have DICK BRADY as a RISAA member! |
