ARTICLE IV
OFFICERS

Section 1.  The officers of the Association shall consist of President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Sergeant-At-Arms and Immediate Past President.  

Section 2.  Officers must be Members in good standing and have been Members for at least one year prior to serving in an elected position.  The term of office for all officers shall be for one calendar year or until thier successors are duly elected and seated.
