Section 1.  These By-Laws may be revised or amended by a written resolution proposing such change from either the Board of Directors, or a petition signed by twenty-five (25) Members.

Said resolution shall be presented to the Secretary who will then notify Members in writing of the proposed changes at least twenty (20) days prior to a Business Meeting where a final vote will take place that will require approval by 2/3 of Members present.
