*BASIC INFORMATION - Info that everyone needs with move-in times, etc. *CREDENTIALS - List of people staffing your booth for admission badges *SALES TAX - You must submit this declaration of R.I. Sales Tax DIRECTIONS - Directions to the Convention Center and loading ramp HOTELS - Most area hotels plus those that offer discounts SERVICES FROM RICC - R.I. Convention Ctr utilities: electric, phone, water, parking SERVICES FROM SER - SER Expo: for tables, chairs, shipping, etc. TICKETS - Order discount tickets for guests & extra staff CREDIT CARD FORM - If you wish to make payment to RISAA by credit card by mail WEB LINK - Helps attendees find you before and after the Show |
